Your Mission
You’ll take ownership of hunting new business opportunities while also developing and expanding client relationships. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be in the field, building the pipeline, closing deals, and ensuring sustainable growth.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the charge in identifying and securing high-potential new clients
- Develop and execute strategies to expand into untapped markets
- Generate qualified leads and strong campaigns
- Maintain relationships with key clients to maximize growth potential
- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance to leadership
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in new business acquisition
- Track record of meeting or exceeding ambitious sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on deal-closing ability
- Comfortable with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Knowledge & experience in Retail / FMCG
